The 74 series liquid rubbers make durable, easy releasing molds for casting gypsum plasters and waxes without release agents, but are also excellent for casting cement and resins of epoxy, polyester, urethane and acrylic with proper release agents.

Poly 74-30 Clear is a transparent version of Poly 74-30 used for cut molds or where transparency is important. Easy 1:1 mix, widely used by foundries for waxes. Can be poured as supplied, or thickened and brushed on. Long working time, very fluid. Excellent for plaster and limited castings of resins and cement as well.

These polyurethane liquid mold rubbers are mid-range to firm hardness, high-performance, room temperature curing systems offering superior strength, toughness and abrasion-resistance allowing durable molds to capture and reproduce exact textures and finest detail from any model.

The 75 Series liquid mold rubbers are supplied as pourable liquids so that poured block and poured blanket molds can be made with ease. Poly 75 Series rubbers offer an optimum blend of economy and performance for most mold making challenges and have become the rubbers of choice for molds to create precast concrete pavers, slabs, retaining wall blocks and other cast stone applications, for flexible formliners, concrete countertop forms, and molds for architectural GFRC and restoration applications, and for concrete stamping tools & skins. Poly 75-60 is a firm 1:1 mix liquid polyurethane mold rubber widely used for concrete and plaster casting. Fast-setting, it can often be demolded within hours.

Poly 75-65 is a 1A:1B mix, A~65 hardness, long working time, firm, polyurethane mold rubber that has a 35 minute pour time and a 16-24 hour demold used primarily for making tough, durable molds, liners and stamps for casting, forming and texturing concrete. Can also be used to cast plaster, wax, resins and foams with proper release agents. This rubber has high abrasion resistance and long mold life for high volume casting operations. Used for making decorative concrete countertops, precast architectural panels, sound barriers, fences, pavers, slabs, patio stones, retaining wall blocks and for virtually all other types of cast stone and GFRC applications.

Poly 75-80 is a 2A:1B mix, A~80 hardness, long working time, firm, polyurethane mold rubber that has a 45 minute pour time and a 16-24 hour demold used primarily for making tough, durable molds, liners and stamps for casting, forming and texturing concrete. Can also be used to cast plaster, wax, resins and foams with proper release agents. This rubber has high abrasion resistance and long mold life for high volume casting operations. Used for making decorative concrete countertops, precast architectural panels, sound barriers, fences, pavers, slabs, patio stones, retaining wall blocks and for virtually all other types of cast stone applications.

Poly 74 Series Part C is an additive that can be added to the liquid 74 Series and 75 Series polyurethane rubbers to reduce the Shore A hardness and to lower mixed viscosity.

Poly 74 & 75 X is used in small amounts to accelerate the cure of 74 & 75-Series liquid polyurethane rubbers. The addition of this product will also reduce the working time.
